Excellent doctor. Helps, sends to specialists when needed, knowledgable and professional.

Dr. Elgendy has been in my corner for me when specialists have not. If there is an issue that one specialist cannot solve, she sends me onto the next. I have been complicated and suffered medical gaslighting from others but NEVER from her. She is competent, kind, and caring. But she is also direct - the first thing she said to me last time was “Oh, you’ve gained some weight!” But if this was something I needed help with, she would have helped me there, too. She trusts that I know my body, trusts my competence in my own field (which comes up sometimes), and makes sure I feel safe and heard. 

Absolutely the worst doctor/patient meeting of my 50 year life. Rude, unsympathetic, abrasive and arrogant. When I mentioned that I was having a hard time with grief as my mother had died six months earlier I was shamed and told that I should not be crying anymore and should take anti-depressants. 

She is very humble polite and knowledgeable doctor 

She is a good doctor 

There are a couple of reviews that say they felt rushed but it's just the manner in which the doctor speaks. Her cadence is fast, but I never felt rushed by this. If anything, she was very attentive to my needs. She seems to care when I describe my problem, which more than I can say for my last family doctor.
