I just went to see Dr. Gray, after hearing about my parents skin cancer history he was very thorough and I felt heard. He was straight to the point but he was very polite and professional I, we have a health care shortage and he’s trying to see a lot of patients. He is sending me for additional tests which is very reassuring as well.

While dr Gray is knowledgeable, the wait time is usually an hour past the appointment time. Such a waste of personal time. Can your staff not do a better job at scheduling?
