I came to her with a problem that really affects my ability to work and my quality of life and I really felt like she dismissed my problem. I feel like she lacked empathy, as my problem was affecting my day to day. I wish she had taken the time to actually try to help me find a solution, instead of me having to see a private doctor.

She is in a hurry, barely takes the time to listen to what you have to say, she wants to put an end to the consultation as soon as possible and asks you why are you there is she hasn’t written in your file that you need a follow-up. Are you not supposed to see your dermatologist because she hasn’t indicated a follow up?! She has no empathy for her clients.
