I would have overlooked her poor interpersonal skills (no eye contact, one word answers)  if she had been super focused on the task at hand, i.e. giving me a total body scan and finding bumps or other things that required further looking into.  I am an 82 yr old woman with a history of skin cancer.  This Dr. zapped one nasty looking bump, and DID NOT take a tissue sample for biopsy.  Also overlooked 2 other spots.  Another Dr. I went to DID send a sample for biopsy, and am now waiting anxiously for results.  Wasted 2 months

Docteure Cohen est très sympathique et à l'écoute. De plus,  elle prend le temps et je me suis senti en totale confiance.

Dr.Cohen is an okay dermatologist, however, she was at all not helpful when it came to accommodating for allowing me to obtain a medical ointment that was needed which she prescribed to get that was not covered by the RAMQ public insurance. In that aspect, she's unfair and unjust, which is unfit for a Doctor in my opinion. She could easily send out an exceptional request to the provincial government which would grant me the medical ointment to be covered under RAMQ public insurance to allow me to get that medication, however she refused.

I visited Dr. Vanessa Cohen for the first time last month for my eczema. She was extremely kind, welcoming, professional. One of the best in the field.
