I’ve never done a bad review before, but Dr. Faizah really deserves a bad review on this one. I think she is a very inexperienced doctor for a simple fact that she couldn’t diagnose a simple strep throat. I waited in the patient’s room for good 45 minutes. I also waited for a week to get my results saying that I have a strep throat, and when I asked for the prescription to be sent to another pharmacy, she made me wait for a good 2 hours. The receptionist told me that Dr. Faizah would send the prescription before she leaves work (P.S. I already waited 2 hours at this time). Then, I made a follow up phone call only to find out that Dr. Faizah left the clinic forgetting to send the prescription. The professionalism of Dr. Faizah is far beyond unacceptable 

She is very professional and frriendly,  at the same time knowledgeable as well. 

Very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable doctor!

I was very impressed of Dr. Faizah's care and diligence attending my emergency situation and the follow up.
